Can you explain a lil bit about what happened with the slave stuff ?

Anything against her desire will registered as malicious by the seal. Thats how the seals in Naruto are designed by function or user (in this case master's desire/wish). Kushina won't want her slave to get out of sight now would she? You have now established, even if unintentional, a hierarchy in their relationship where no matter what happens Kushina is on top and has all moral, logical and political power over him. (This was my first comment response)

In her mind his absence is malicious in many ways. Embarrassing her authority, tarnishing her reputation because little slave boy escaped or simply because it upsets her that she wants him to stay but he wants to leave.... See the problem you created now? As others said you can't keep saying he isn't when all reasoning points to him being a slave to her because of a seal. (This was the second) For context the seal was made in a way in which he cannot act out against Kushina in anyway she would think is against her.

Let's see, they are about to teach him practically all the jutsus of the Senju and Uzumaki clans. One would have to be either very innocent or very idiotic to give such a thing without having a way to make sure things don't get out of hand.

Theres many ways of insurance. Him accepting to be a slave is just plain pathetic. i hope it comes around to bite him in the *ss for his idiocy tbh. It's a kill or be killed world and he just accepted a premature death sentence.
