Review Detail of Kayn21 in Vampire Summoner's Rebirth: Summoning The Vampire Queen At The Start

This story had so much potential. The premise and worldbuilding are really thought out and different from other novels. But there are TWO MAYOR FLAWS: 1. Boring / no progression I have nothing against a slow paced story, but after 300+ chapters our MC is still in the „beginner village“ and is still somewhat weak and does weird things all the time. (He still is below 10 years of age) It just gets repetitive and boring. 2. Flat and dumb characters So our MC was this cold blodded emperor with half the universe under his rule, who lived for thousands of years. Now he immediately becomes mommys boy, does everything in the household, is the provider and complies with every order of his parents. All the side characters are just annoying most of the time and again no progression. I constantly find myself skipping passages and entire chapters, but suprise the story hasn’t progressed the slightest.
