I get most of the factors u mention but I don't understand a few at the same time... 1. young master: not sure if u mean this figuratively but the protag literally starts off without any backing what-so-ever. 2. sends women to his knees just because he breathes out of all the women he has met he is literally only going out with two of them, has had coitus with only one, and put one last one, outside of the two FLs up until now, into heat due to her trying to control him, moreover, he has made an enemy out of more women than he has made an ally out of up until now.
Although I don't agree with the rest of the points either, I can somewhat see where they come from, especially the arrogant part, it is kind of the concept of this protagonist.

Is the love mutual between MC and love interests - this review makes me think that he is just with them for their bodies.

Yes there is, Although it takes time for the mutual love to be evident, it is there, and the character development is also great. Reply if you want spoilers about the harem

Ok⌠9 total members of the harem⌠mc even breaks down at a certain point thinking that he just falls in love with every beautiful woman he meets. the members of the harem (in no particular order, with only the ones that I remember) Madeleine Ri Demon sword girl absolute energy manipulation girl (way too far into the story when she becomes dyonâs girl) childhood friend, Clara ( I think that was the name) Amphorae (music girl) Saru Shruti I unfortunately do not remember the last two

No need for u to worry then, At most there is teasing and stuff like that, no explicit Yuri and the primary love interest of all the girls is the mc only
