have you ever played any horror games? Most developers know how to make games, but they can't write a good story. You know what they do? They pick up random greek/latin/roman stuff and throw it everywhere in format of text/image/quotes for "lore" This is the exact same feeling I get from reading this novel. Fight scenes are trash, author's choice of words is very weird and "lore" is that horror game bs. If you like this novel, I can predict that you're under 17. Opinions change as you grow up.

I'm 40 and I really love this novel. I actually have the complete opposite views from you when it comes to Shadow Slave. The lore is awesome, the ideas are original and I cannot wait to unravel the mysteries of the Dream Realm. Maybe thus is just not the novel for you. I am sure there are tons of books to your liking. Hopefully you wont try to show off your superiority and age/experience when writing a review for the next novel you will read. Cheers!
