The construction of the world is good, the battles are also the personalities of the characters according to the canon, the only problem would be the protagonist who at times is very tiring and there are the author's ideas that do not fit with the Pokémon world.

The fuck are you talking about. Austin is a 15 year old who woke up in Ash Ketchum's body. how the fuck is supposed to act like an adult when never was one in the first place. His identity crisis isn't resolved but isn't brought up anywhere other than the first chapters. he never blames his fucking classmates for anything the only thing i could even recall is Austin being salty that he got rejected and for a 15 year old kid, i am sure that's valid.
