This is MHA, not One Piece. Something like the Rokushiki shouldn't even exist. He is already overpowered. How much more will you provide to his abilities !! He is already the foookin strongest

Rokushiki is a set of skills for those strong enough, almight can do them technically, with a push in the right direction. It doesn’t make sense why he wouldn’t be able to do them even though he has the body of Kizaru.

authors like to give power like candy but then when things don't work out like they want you can be sure that they will nerf it or have mc start using too much 'stamina' or straight fainting after a short action scene
