Review Detail of Ignacio_Gimeno in Manager-san is trying to stay sane today (Hololive)

A very interesting and different fanfic abou Hololive. Its one of the most serious I read and I love it, the caracters have a unique backstory each one of the, and the MC is vert interesting to say the least. There is only one thing that confuse me: The characters have their "powers"/cualities of their avatar? Until now ita serms that they are the ones behind the avatar, but somethings made me belive otherwise. For example the MC is from other world, there is a unknown god and the spirit thing. So it wouldnt be strange for example Fubuki a fox-girl. But again, Mio is a human (apparently) so it means that Fubuki would be human. And to add to the confusion Coco is sometimes reffered as " dragon". This question is more to know what to expect from the fanfic that to make theories, because is confusing me a lot.
