It truly breaks my heart to see a good concept being developed by an author be ruined by poor planning and story structure. I have always found the magic/tech card concept interesting, so I was attracted by this novel's title. I liked the protagonist design, and this is one of the few instances where transmigration was necessary, unlike many authors who simply use it so the reader identifies with the character and shoehorns real world references. However, despite these positive aspects, the novel quickly descends into an incoherent mess. I'm not going to try to figure out if this is due to poor translations or writing. The novel lacks focus, juggles too many narrative threads at once, and does not properly develop any of them before moving on to the next. I checked out after ch 191, where my tolerance was exceeded. I won't advise anyone to not give this novel a try, however if you are a person who likes focused narrative, this kind of chaotic careening from one story element to another is not for you. 3/5 stars because I like the creative card system and the protag.

The only other decent one I know of is Divine Card Creator. However, it's on break, and it looks like it's being dropped. There also Reincarnated Another World Card user. But I cant vouch for it.
