Review Detail of LordSputnik in The Duke's Passion

Had to work hard to pick this one apart! Overall, excellent on every level! The Good: From the setting to the characters to the events, the author does an amazing job of drawing the reader in! The amount of story and details are mixed perfectly so that one is not overwhelmed with lore or plot dumps. The Bad: REALLY had to stretch on this one as it does not have anything glaringly wrong with it. If I had to pick something... The style is a little too rigid and too formal. Not a bad thing really, but I personally find it harder to read a novel that is 'too correct'. Other than that, just the occasional typo that everyone does, nothing major. The Neutral: As I said, I really had to work to even find anything bad about this. My only suggestion would be to relax... and stop trying to use semicolons in every other paragraph. I think you will be fine though because I feel like you do relax a little from the first chapter to the last. I only have 4 chapters to read as of this review, but I can say I read everything you have published!
