As customs I shall drop the shameless 5 star review and get the ball rolling. Damien aka the mc has been reborn from a terrible life. Now he has a mother. Will he live on with the illusion that nothing has changed? That he hasn't changed? Or will something or someone change that thought? Damien will set out to reach the apex of this world alongside a crew of limited numbers, one with the power to truly turn the world upside down. He will venture through the Pirate Age, both before it's ignition and ride through it to reach his goals. He can be a hero to some, a villain to the others and just another pirate to the rest. ----- I hope you guys tag along and enjoy the read!

I wrote an update on it. I had problems with continuing so I have given it an indefinite hiatus, I saved the chapters for a rework of the entire story. I may or may NOT continue it after this. Sorry for result, but I didn't want to continue on something I started to no longer enjoy writing.

Why are there so many vulnerable idiots in the chat who cry for some strange reason. The author did everything right, and it should be so. If MC became the main character's love interest, it would be extremely disappointing. How infuriated me are the stories where they take characters from different fanfiction and all after a couple of chapters make them vulnerable harem owners, who think in only one place.

The romance will start after the first major arc as the current ship he is on makes it rather improbable to bring a lover on. You’d know what I mean if you’re caught up.

Hmmmm not sure if you have dropped or not but around 10 chaps later the system pretty much gets dropped for like 30 chaps. i fully forgot there was a system at all. so give it another go
Absolute_Zer0:MC is pathetic worm dependent on 'system' and puppet of 'supreme one'. Don't know what happens after his mother's death but I don't care either. He should have died when midwife dropped him. Truly demon. Should have burned when tribes men came to kill him.
