The character is stupid and arrogant. His friends are also unbearable to see. It could have been much better. well read at your risk. if the main character was better this novel would have been much better

Fair enough, I will just say that I don't entirely agree even if I can see where you are coming from. Just a second opinion for people trying to decide whether to read the book or not.
