I am updating my review as an author. This review might contain spoilers because somehow, we have already reached 150 chapters, and the story has progressed by leaps and bounds. At first, this novel was considered a general take of combining cultivation and some MMORPG elements. Still, that idea got scrapped pretty quickly just because of the way some boundaries should not lock the character progression. There are many new and really cool ideas that I am trying to integrate, and the first thing that will happen is the full rewrite of the first 10-20 chapter because of the pacing and the story opening. I feel that people that have started reading the novel and didn't get to the most interesting part 30+ chapter is because the start is really badly written and edited. This writing journey has been a blessing for me, and I will keep on going as long as readers keep on appreciating my efforts and the story. The best thing about writing is the leaps and bounds you grow from it, how much you learned and all the ideas you come up with. I feel that a story is never really finished, because no matter the story. There will always be some idea that can make it even better, that’s the entire point of editing. A story is never finished until you stop coming up with ideas for it, when all the editing is said and done. The only limitation is your imagination, writing is always first and formost, something the author does because they genuinely enjoy it. Writing because it allows one to express their emotions and be creative. I’m going off on a tangent, long story short. Keep doing you! As long as you write for you and your enjoyment, even enjoying sharing it with others. Writing can provide so much, I for one can vouch for that. I can’t wait to see how far you and your imagination can go and what it may bring you! Never miss the chance to cease an opportunity when it comes, because the only thing you will regret in the end is not trying! As a fellow author from the UK I can only say I hope to see more of your writing in the future. I remember seeing this book doing well in the charts. It does take a lot of time to build up a reader base and people who will support you in future works. You clearly have the imagination needed for this all you need now is the experience especially with pacing. I hope to see a glorious return from you in the near future 👍
