Review Detail of catvi in Fey Evolution Merchant

To clarify this review, the author does give lots of information. However, this information is for world building and character depth primarily. I don't feel the dialogue is dry but its definitely not your "FAST PACED, HIGH ACTION, ULTRA HAREM, OP MC" novel - if you're looking for a slower novel with an interesting world design (not necessarily original world design, but seems to be well thought out so far) then definitely give this novel a try.

To clarify the above comment, what he means by 'World building' is irrelevant information dump that will never again be used in any plot point in this story. Why would the author add a few different 'world building' or info dumps in one conversation of the mc with a shopkeeper? Cause the author wanted to make the chapters longer. I don't think explaining every detail about every fey is worldbuilding. It is blatant 'word padding'. For me the conversation is absolutely dry cause every conversation is another attempt at info dump, or as the previous commenter said, 'world building.'

To further clarify, even if you don't want a "FAST PACED, HIGH ACTION, ULTRA HAREM, OP MC", then this novel still is definitely not for you either. Because the novel doesn't have even a little bit of interesting character design or world building. No character development to speak of, mc gets everything handed to him by his ultra "Cheat" or bullshit luck plot armor. People instantly like him. No interesting conflict. Just huge information dumps. After 60 chapters what you have here is a few characters reciting a monster encyclopedia. If you want a "SLOW PACED STORY WITH INTERESTING WORLD BUILDING", skip this. But if you want a thesis paper with unnecessary details about why a giant lizard has poison attacks (a lizard which only appears in 2 chapters of this 60 chapter story, but had one whole chapter dedicated to explaining its characteristics), then this story is for you.

There's nothing wrong with the novel, there must be something wrong with you. I've already fnished the 60 chapters, and never once was I bored, nor did I notice any "information dumps". If it's too much information for you, you're probably just stupid. Definitely no Genius. At one point in this novel the author mentions that it's a myth that goldfish have an extremely short memory. Maybe you just don't like the novel because it reminded you that a goldfish is smarter than you. Nevermind a Spirit-Siphon goldfish, you probably have the attention span of a regular goldfish with ADHD.

😅Even if you aren't okay with his review I don't think it's necessary to insult him. People are entitled to their opinions No need to insult anyone just because they don't like what you do. It isn't like it's a hate review Guy clearly read at least 30 chapters. It's more than enough to form an opinion

wow! just cause someone criticized this novel, which is the only thing keeping you from committing suicide in real life, your only meaning of existence, you attack the other person. At this point the comment section of this review is more entertaining than the novel itself.

I definitely agree on the info dump. Makes reading kinda difficult and I still can't remember the rankings system within the novel. However, if this author somehow brings these info back later in the story I'll continue reading

My issue is the translation quality. It needs some pretty serious editing, especially for prose. A lot of sentences are awkward or in weird orders and it makes it tough to read

Nope this guys spot on with his review I just go scrolling through chapters and 17 paragraphs later authors finally done talking about how amazing his ability to evolve pets and how hard it is for other people

Can we just stop here please -_- We all have our own opinions okay? In my opinion, I would say the first few hundred chapters start out as an info dump, and for me, it only starts getting better at chapter 500+ or so, the info dumps don't appear frequently starting from there. Well, for me at least, since I may have become numb to the info dumps in the chapters :/ I read from the mtl, and I think you should atleast give it a try and read at least the first 80 chapters or so, its a good story to read while passing time. Now don't think I'm telling you to read it, it's your choice to read it or not. If you don't want to read it then you can just ignore this and be on with your day 😁
