Review Detail of So_Aap_Jay in The Archaic Dragon Mage

I've only read the first couple of chapters. I'd like to know though, does the MC become a dog of the military? Or does he leave eventually? I have nothing wrong with patriotism or anything. But, I find it really annoying when an author chooses to make a dragon type MC, yet the MC doesn't act like a dragon whatsoever. So the idea of MC acting subserviently to others really just Pi$ses me off. A dragon should always consider itself a Dragon, not a meek sheep, right? So the MC staying in the military just rubs me the wrong way. It doesn't feel right...
