⚠️This is my personal opinion. No one is obligated to feel the same. I think there’s a plot hole when she was in the Gates of Regrets. It doesn’t make sense to send her to another life in a different time frame because usually a person with regrets would have that regret in their original life and the only way to solve that is to go back in time, not to go in another life. So to me, it doesn’t make sense that she was sent to live another life in a different era because that was basically plain reincarnating, which renders the concept of Gates of Regrets as useless. I also think the grammar is unbearable after 2-3 chapters. This is just my opinion, I prefer stories with proper grammar and translation. I think the MC is unsympathetic and doesn’t have empathy. Her servants are literally punished all the time (which includes being beaten with a rod and having to kowtow until their heads bleed) just because she wants to live an eventful life. Honestly, you would think that a woman from the 21st century would be less heartless than people from the ancient era.

I just wanted to answer (even there's no question here) the key points that you pointed out for the future readers who might read this review. A/n: You are right with this, however, there was a reason behind this. If you go back at the second chapter when Old Meng saw her 'life records' she made an expression and choose for Liam to enter the gate of regrets. It was said in the end of the first arc that the gate of regrets was used for regrets and 'trials'. For people like Liam, a normal soul, she was choose to solve the 'untied knot' (refer to chapter 70 and 118) by going to different worlds. It was only at the second arc, so the hints porived by the story was still little. A hint of spoiler: Old meng sent Liam to the worlds where 'he' was undergoing trials. And by this, the mysterious 'regrets' that Liam needed to find and solved will be unraveled little by little. Reviewer: I also think the grammar is unbearable after 2-3 chapters. A/n: You are right. The first twelve chaps was written by me a long time ago. And I stopped writing it and just added here in WN. Well, I am not really the best for grammar. True. One of her flaws, and she would be heartless more. Kidding. Liam was actually not treating the first world or the second world, or maybe the incoming worlds so seriously. Unlike how she treat her original world. She had worked hard in the original world (refer to her dreams of her original world during nap time) However, there will be character growth here.
