This novel is by far the best one I’ve ever read and I’ve read A LOT. The story sometImes moves a little too slowly and there are a lot of typos but besides that it’s a diamond in the rough.

Question, does the protagonist leave his sense of responsibilities and humanity later on? like wanting to build a family or saving his brother?

I don’t want to spoil anything for anyone so I won’t go in depth but his brother refuses an opportunity that the protagonist gives which severs their bond. However he does continue to make a family but the family being fully formed currently at this point is still questionable based on certain things that happen.
