useless weak protagonist, lived 13 lives as the supposed supreme of those lives, but in the 9th ep a mere captain takes him by the neck and tells him which library is his, the protagonist does nothing and is still afraid, apart from the wishes he asked for in the beginning God didn't answer, horrible story

Then what's the plot point of those reincarnation, can't he just make it the first goddamn reincarnation???? Isn't that much more easier to make sense than just having him have 15 reincarnation that for all purposes doesn't fk matter, the story could go on without that plot point A good growth is always better than someone masquerading strong but it's actually weak Now tell me from all the good growth novel you have read is this a "good" growth or do you see like the rest of us that is trash growth rate
Loaded_Demigod29:-First of all, all lives except for the one on regular earth are sealed (meaning he cannot use the experience and knowledge of those lives). -Secondly, you don't seem to understand how plot progression and growth work, because as you mentioned this takes place in the 9th ep, if he were already stronger than a captain at this stage, this growth rate would have caused the entire story to derail in a self-insert power fantasy with zero important character development and character interactions, both of which are crucial for a story to be considered 'good'.
