this novel is good but the the things that make it annoying are 1. the chapter release rate is too slow for a novel this good, most people like me will leave this novel for months to stack chapters and read, I believe that will affect the authors monthly income from the novel. 2. the unecessary switching of POVs , there are alot of times the point of view switches to a side character who is very unimportant to the story and will not be mentioned again, the author just tired to fill up word count and trust me alot times readers don't care for what the other side characters are doing, MC is in a pinch and you leave us hanging for 10 chapters to read about a side character we don't care about, it just makes us skip chapters and I'm not willing to waste money on them. 3. The roller coaster Jake and his team always go through right after every single powerup Jake gets beaten and thrashed, he never gets to even show the full.extent of his new abilities , sure he still wins some how in the end but the fact that I have to be excited today about his power up and watch him get beaten like a trash bag the next day makes this novel frustrating to read. Author needs to find a balance, sure there's always bigger fish but that doesn't mean you can't let the author shine amongst peers of similar levels. something else I'd just like to add. The author adds unecessary descriptions I can't only see as trying to fill word counts it's not much of a problem but then it only makes the chapter more lackluster

Soooo your "review" is essentially: 1. The novel is good but your broke and just want the the story to continue whilst reading instead of being behind a paywall(Like any actually intesting and entertaining content usually is.) 2. You only want to see the main character and dislike the amount of research, character design/development and world building that goes into each chapter because you 'feel' like it's just for the word count đ (who cares about understanding a situation in its entirety or atleast on a surface level from the pov of most present parties, who cares about foreshadowing and well crafted and executed 'show not tell' with impecable grammer and punctuation? hahah rediculous) 3. You want the MC and his retinue to be overpowered and come out on top of every encounter instead of actually growing and adapting to survive and fight another day. Just sounds like you read too much garbage on webnovel and your standards have slipped my guy. Next time you read a chapter I suggest doing so more slowly. Atleast you gave a rating the novel deserves, the review itself however? Not so much. Doesn't tell anyone, anything, except that you have no idea what makes what your reading worth anything.
