While I star rated this a 4 I think the quality of the story is at best 3.5. The story starts off with a mortal with immense cultivation potential living on a world where cultivation is almost impossible. A master from the Divine Plane comes down to his world and watches over him for 400 years and gives him a cultivation technique that can be used to refine his body by killing others. After 400 years the main character is almost dead a second master comes and the two master pity him being born on a low plane. The masters use their cultivation resources and together send him to a world where he can cultivate and use a forbidden technique to reverse his age to 12. The masters also impart numerous divine techniques and items that will allow him to easily cultivate to the Divine Plane and meet them again. Now on to my thoughts of the story. Overall, the story is interesting as you follow his path to get stronger while avoiding cliches. But, the story has many drawbacks that may disinterest you from reading further into the story. 1. Lack of dialogue: dialogue is scarce in the novel and on many occasions this has left the main character and the people he interacts with have no special characteristics or development. 2. Romance: This is a harem novel and up to chapter 151 so far he has 4 partners and a 5th one is hinted as one of his masters has a granddaughter we will meet in the future. Nothing wrong right? The problem lies in the authors complete avoidance of romantic development that makes you care about his wives . They are just thrown together without any explanation an old you are left to fill in the blanks. Also, as said previously, the lack of dialogue leaves all intamancy for you to make up on your own. (Notice: sex scenes are kept at 1-2 sentences so keep your pants on) 3: After the first few chapter with an introduction that left me thinking that the story would be a 1 in 100 novel I was met with disappointment. While unique in it's own right, the writing style is boring and without life. It follows the same pattern for every chapter. (This happened--->how it happened--->why it happened---->random long info dumo---->mc reaction) 4: fight scenes aren't well described and are anti-climactic 5:There is no perspective of the main character so we have no way to connect with him and have a deeper enjoyment. And the format is monotone and systematic. (It gets boring after a bit) Now that I have put that out, if you are still with me, I will say the highlights of the story. The thing that kept me with this and is keeping me here is the world building. I'd you make it through the explanations and other things, you'll find yourself with a well described system of cultivation and profound understanding of the worlds he visits and how The different planes, creatures, and factions interact. It is easy to understand his power level compared to others and what drives the factions and people he meets to do what they do. Whether this story will interest you is up to you to decide. I think that as long as you preserver through the first 30 or so chapters you will enjoy the story more and come to like it. Thank you for reading this review!!!!!🤪😁👍

ayeeee agree however not with the world building or cultivation system. All the divine plan etc is good but when we arrive at the sect we learn nothing at where he is...we learn the name of the continent and other names of the top sects. We learnt more about the planet hope than where he is..... The world building on planet hope is alright however just could do with more detail on the names of the villages etc with the power scaling we know nothing.... we know the immortal as his target, the sea soul that is supposedly the highest in his realm ? Then level 1,2,3 and 4 ? Kinda get lost when he increases them so all his things are different levels.... the main thing im getting at is he keeps getting stronger but we dont know the scale so like in the chap I just read he says the highest in the planet hope is that core realm but suddenly he introduces one above that as a reason he needs to be careful ? Hope you get what I mean by this havent explained it well xD Plus another thing with his powers is he keeps saying oh my teacher left me this technique whenever he needs it. Like with the mind reading etc so he gets everything when convenient. Author needs to lay out what he has and what he can do instead of just adding things when needed. Honestly im struggling to carry on... I like the idea of it and the potential its just so many things I have to try and work out when I read to try and make sense of it. Its like Im piecing the story together myself to figure out whats going on. Tbh the quality picked up a little bit and it made me excited as I hoped to see the improvement continue. However I think it was like when the first romance came in it all went to sht and kept getting worse..

I see what you mean I think I just looked at it differently. The levels didnt make sense like what you said and it's true that there is room for improvement, but I think that Its more that from the main characters perspective the minor details aren't all important. He hasn't really had anyone that tells him right and wrong or anything bad to being him down to earth. He's mostly just going about his business doing whatever he wants and that reflects in the explanations of the world and where he is. For cultivation and martial arts techniques, I think it's just that he only begins to practice them when they are convenient and knowlage of higher realms are told to us in the same way. Whenever the MC thinks its convenient to take note of or practice is when we are told. It's not the author telling us what he can use, what comes next, and what's above and below him. It's what the mc seems worthy of caring about. It reflects alot on his personality and I respect it but it's also as you said, making it hard to keep reading. The romance....that was a complete failure and I guess we just gotta hope that relationships work more fluidly in the future :3.

when will the so called well described system of cultivation show?`So far it's just a jumbled mess and it feels like a 7year old kid could've thought of a better system

Thanks for your articulate safety measure against disappointment. If you're looking for a unique cultivation novel that has an interesting world and plot without lacking a bit of romance or ACTUAL FUCKING CHARACTERS that know how to talk, I suggest you check Tales of Herding Gods out
