The problem with this story is its characters are unappealing. The character development is done by showing scenes where the MC is taking action. But he makes actions with little sense behind them that just make you feel like he's an immature sociopath. Rather than being an indomitable demon king reborn he is an impulsive little ****. All the other characters are paper thin.

You have the right of your own opinion and I respect that but reading only up to chapter 14 and claiming that you think you understand the MC is kinda rushing it. You say his actions make little sense obviously at the point of the story you're on it would be cause you're simply in the beginning and you want answers straight away. Well that's all I want to say, aside from that, thank you for reading.
You don't need to read all that long to realize that fact when a guy goes from hating all of humanity for over a century, with his own reasonings behind it to 'maybe they're not all that bad' in literally less than a minute.

He didn't really hate all of humanity. If your really read it, the idea was they were more of an irritation. He also doesn't think that they're not all that bad. The thing that is only in his head is if he can get a good battle out of it. You guys don't seem to understand that since you haven't known the character that much since you're in the beginning. But if you think that you know the character better than me, then sure I respect your opinion. I hope you have a good day then.

Also I did kind of explain that since turning humans some of his emotional and mental traits have changed and he doesn't understand why, or were you not unable to read that part since you're still at the beginning. Well, that's all I wanted to convey. I apologize if wasn't clear enough in my writing. If I had made a mistake I am truly sorry.

You don’t need to read a lot to understand the mc. If you’ve read enough novels you’ll generally know what kind of mc it is just by their first few interactions. Most of the time I drop novels at 1-2 chapter b/c I know exactly what kind of character the mc is going to be.
