From what I remember, usj nomu is one of the strongest, maybe stronger than most high-tier. The difference is that high-tier nomu's are more intelligent and balanced therfore more dangerous. While the usj nomu can't think for it self, and it is hyper specialized for beating All Might alone.
Satisfied for now, he kept the rest of useless cards, 'card dust', aside, so he can upgrade his Creature Capture card later. As he previously calculated he needed around 1000 'card dust' for this one card. "The nomu that showed at UA was a high tier nomu likely needing a diamond card to capture." Daily rewards are random.
He could get creatures or monsters to fight for him. Just like in most tcgs. And today's card was (Creature: The Crow). When he read it he immediately went and summoned it.
