Silver Sable is actually a good recommendation might choose her but the reason why I would have preferred Maya is because Echo has a super power. It's undoubtedly more impressive to achieve a lot without one but if hypothetically Maya could copy Ryūsui Gansai-ken or other such martial arts she'd be a far better fit, especially if she has been ruined as a character.

Lol haven't watched the show but guess it ruined the character for many people. Most likely wouldn't be anything like her and certainly wouldn't look like that Echo. Could of course also write Gwen or Felicia but they're already in many of my other fics so I'll leave that as a maybe. I do understand that first impressions of a character set people's perception of that character but yeah.

He genuinely goes back in time. Not gonna lie I haven't fully fleshed it out but personally I prefer when time travel is well...time travel, rather than universe hopping. Also on that subject: haven't fully planned what consequences and implications there are for the time travel. I don't plan to fully follow Marvel rules, especially MCU because they're kinda iffy in my opinion, but there are many beings in existence who should be able to notice that something is off.
