Since he was 5 or 10 years old he hasn't seen what the world is like, he hasn't lived with people and he hasn't learned courtesy and then he was raised in the rocket squad as an assassin with no courtesy towards people, the hooligans would have taken his money at most, and that's without counting that he could easily understand them. So I don't really understand the reason why he slaughtered the hooligans, after all they were not sworn enemies who would do anything to kill him.
the will is there winking at him, will it make him increase his psychic energy like in the xiulan novels? Also the number of pokémon he affected in the battle must be 1000, maybe 100000, but he hasn't done anything big enough to really trigger the battle yet. So he's not actually responsible for this attack, he might have just helped to strengthen it a bit.
I wouldn't complain about the MC being so ridiculously strong at the end of the whole story, but at the beginning of the story when he's a baby he's stronger than everyone else. I mean, he had to interact socially with people to move the story forward, so he had to gradually get stronger and build his mindset and relationships. But now he has a one punch man like power and actually the story and the naruto universe doesn't matter. At 10 or 20 years old, I doubt that all Otsutsuki will even matter. Actually he can do it at 5 because he has 2 more unlimited wishes.
I haven't watched Jujutsu Kaisen before, but from what I read in the fandom, his father abandoned Megumi after he was born and partially forgot about him. But in the progression of the story, it doesn't seem like he loves her because he doesn't want to hurt her, etc., but rather I think he was forced(?)
