Hey Digimon_Tamer, I totally get where you're coming from! The reason Seung hasn't been using his clones much in fights is because he's still growing and improving himself. The stronger he gets, the stronger his clones will be, since his power doubles theirs. It's all about building up his strength first. And guess what? That's because he never wanted anyone to shoulder the responsibility of saving his sister. He wanted to personally save her because of the guilt he had over his family's downfall
