MineColonies? Wasn't that the kingdom-building mod? Also, do I have a system? I clicked on more quests and was immediately overwhelmed by the dozens of possible quests. 'I can dimension travel? I can get Crazy Craft?' The requirement to dimension travel was to conquer the world, however, and I knew I wasn't going to get that done anytime soon. Once he was satisfied with the transformation of the dragon pit, Atlas decided it was time to go through with his idea for Dragon Knights. I realized this after the fact, I have plans though, trust me he won't offend anyone. Small spoiler but... I plan on having him use command blocks to make teleportation easily accesible, so he will have cities everywhere, plus (I don't know about this one yet) maybe he can marry a stark? Lyanna is too young so maybe I can make an OC Stark?
