I’m giving this story a 2.6 because it’s honestly disgusting. I had high hopes for the story because it seemed unique and peaked my interest but I was utterly disappointed as I read more chapters. The story starts out great with catchy storyline and great character descriptions but it goes downhill when MC goes to the church. MC is a serious hypocrite who talks about justice in his past life but then does nothing when he sees multiple people being murdered graped and racialized in his new life, and he does nothing only because the wrongdoings are being committed by people who he likes or people who are on his side. It honestly started getting disgusting when one of his allies threatened his mother and he did nothing, I of course kept reading tho because I wanted to see if he eventually has some kind of plan and he was just waiting till he got stronger, but no. He still had not done nothing and now there is grape and racially based slavery. As you can expect he does nothing based on the fact that there just on the wrong side and that the world is just evil. It explains him feeling regret or pity but he still overall does nothing. And I’m confused how he has the standing to be a main character if he does nothing and acts the same way as everyone else. It’s not like he’s a villain arc either because he doesn’t do anything bad, he just simply is a wimp. I’m dropping because of the bad MC and disgusting evil in the story line. The only reason the story gets a rating as high as 2.6 is because they wrote this trash of a book fairly well. You been warned.

I’m dropping this, it’s disgusting to me how these church people are okay with grape and murder and all these bad things but at the same time persecuted MCs village for doing the same thing. Also, MCs attitude to the whole thing is disturbing, like in his past life he literally created this big thing over the wrongdoings of people in power but refuses to do anything now. I honestly had really high expectations for this story because it was unique but it’s honestly just off putting and disgusting. And the people in the comments who find nothing wrong with it and are also saying things like “he better not help the elf” are also really nasty and need serious help. Again, just disgusting.
