This might sound stupid, but isn't a decline in birth rate in this age a good thing? Since it would stop or at least slow down the risk of over population.

Honestly, while Mineta's quirk is weird, it's actually a perfect quirk for a hero. Perfect for traps, holding things together, immobilizing villians, and so on. Weird, sure. Worthless, definently not.
It gave him the ability to produce sticky spheres from his hair that he could pluck painlessly. Those spheres would adhere to any surface they come into contact with except himself. - KarasAdamas8dCommented
