Most jesters usually make themselves the butt of the joke, they were the precursor to clowns after all. Plus, despite the fact many knights and nobles do so, a commoner insulting the eldest daughter of a major lord like Brienne would be flogged at best, mutilated at worst. If Renly were an attentive lord, no one would insult one of his bannermen's children like that.

Honestly I'd like both, your writing style is peak and, while I absolutely love AtlA (and to a milder extent its sequel series in LoK), I personally would like to see how you'd write a Fairy Tail story as well, mainly on what magic you'd give your MC. Fairy Tail has so many unique magics that I'm honestly curious about which, or more, you'd pick

Eh, for the majority of the world they acknowledge that there isn't a large amount of them, but even before the war it was very rare to see an airbender, the other nations have much larger populations but the nomads only ever really lived in the temples or wandered around. If you can spend your whole life seeing fire, water, and earth benders by the thousands, but only ever see one air bender, you'd realize they aren't gonna be everywhere you look and to not care about if they show up, especially if you have beliefs like the Equalists. Especially after the war.

True, trying to figure out a satisfying ending without making your story seem rushed is difficult enough without trying to compensate for every nerd/rules lawyer pointing out some kind of continuity error. Personally my favorite DC fic is from Ideas-Guy on FF or QQ titled 'See No Evil', add (Complete) at the end for FF because it is finished. I think it's a Catalog/Jump Chain fic, but done well since there's no stamping and the entire story is based on surviving and thriving in Gotham of all places. Highly recommend their work, especially their CKIII viking fic, their Cyberpunk/Mass Effect one, and their The Boyz/Multi fic, all are great reads.

You would have an easier time but would still need to exercise the ability, having a tail just helps with balance, as well as having an additional appendage to grab stuff, monkeys in the wild aren't born swinging around, they learn from their parents as well as their animal instincts.
I decided to start off slow by simply perfecting my ability to crawl first, as that would also significantly increase my dexterity and agility, not so much my balance, but I'll work on that once I start practicing how to walk. Though one thing that is very annoying but also helpful is since it's in the middle of the day, the sand beneath my palms and knees is scorching, which forces me to move faster if I don't want to get burned. - Hexylen2mthCommented
