i get ur point but as a reader this is why i think its a worry about being in known in the next country over. its because of how u mentioned that one lady mercenary knowing about him and expressing wanting to dissect him. it led us readers to think that near by countries probably know about big things like that through searching their internet or spys. i mean i would think that in a country with mercenaries frqnt would have spys embedded in that country. i mean frant knew about the thiad cryst al weapons. also i know chameleon veil doesnt work that way i was expressing a desire that u had given him a power like that on the way over. i mean there was a golden oppurtunity to give him a few new powers on the way over. also another thought is i feel as if on his way across the forest you mentioned he fought alot but u didnt give him powers from those other monsters that u didnt mention by name you just said he fought alot. im not talking about monsters he killed around others but he trekked across forest if u had rattled offf a list of random powers none of us would of batted an eye
