MC is a busy body who keeps getting himself involved with everything and anything troublesome. This is not a carefree path of dreams, but rather the Troublesome Path of Never Minding Your Fucking Business. Title and synopsis are lies. Other than that, its still a mediocre story where u can pass time, just compoletely disregard the description.
The book is decent but the main frustrating thing is the MC is subpar. He causes the reader to get frustrated because he repeatedly falls for simple traps. Over, and over, and over, and then over again. He knows what will happen in the future, he knows who the villains are, and when the invite him to leave the sect or offer him a "gift" he always accepts, falls for the trap, and ends up in a bad situation. This feels super forced.
The books starts of well, but 40 chapters in the whole steady, lowkey hide your strength persona that was the entire focus of the beginning/plot of the novel gets COMPLETELY tossed out the window. He just starts to flex his and his disciples powers like a dumbass. This will undoubtedly piss off any reader.
Aint nothing passive about this mf. Any opportunity the MC has to get out of trouble and take advantage of his super OP cheat, for NO REASON WHATSOVER, he jumps back into trouble. He is a completely solo individual, no family, no friends, no master, no sect loyalty, and suffered constant abuse due to weakness, but the author blatantly forces him into trouble without providing reasoning. Im talking about no threats, no hidden dangers, no scary old men lurking behind the scenes, nothing...he gets the opportunity to hide away and stack up his cheat until hes invincible but decides on nah, i wanna send it.
The mc is setup as a ruthless super OP deathgod, most powerful ever blah blah blah, but he is actually damn near a pacifist. He gets disrespected nonstop, 20xs a chapter on average, and does nothing almost most of the time. This is a book for women that like ruthless CEOs that spoil them and tolerate them acting as irritating princesses.
The quality of writing is definitely top tier and the amount of thought put into the novel is also immense. My main complaint is actually with the fandom. The MC gets sucked by every fan for being the most brilliant mf to ever exist, but in the 300 chs I read, he is just reckless and arrogant and dies three times. He has a time rewind cheat, knows the future for the next 500 years, and instead of calmly planning his way to avoid danger and growing, he constantly throws himself against every single mf to that enters a 100 mile radius of him. Maybe theres a reason to his madness explained later on, but from what I can tell, he is just vile without logic. Like he does shitty things that cause him trouble and enemies without justifiable benefit.
Title is incredibly misleading. The MC is weaker than the average child. He never gains any strength and relies solely on intelligence, status, and women to settle problems. This may be suitable for some readers, but personally I cannot enjoy a plot like this at all. The MC is pretty much a scheming, petty woman but with gender roles swapped.
The main issue with this novel is how bland the MC is. Its honestly not even reasonable to call him the MC, instead he is the delivery man for the main fem-MCs. He doesn't do anything, and doesnt really leave his house. He gets an OP system to mooch off of, but is too incompetent so he needs to find talented women to use his cheat for him so he can mooch off of their accomplishments while being a neet. While he is a disappointment, the real fem-MCs atleast keep the story entertaining enough.
Caution: NTR by clone .... it gets real weird when it comes to the alter egos and clones...had to drop there since this is the first time Ive seen clones that are basically just new characters but share memories and are connected to the host, + gender bender. It got really strange out of nowhere. Authors taste is unique.
Filled with illogical unrealistic stupid characters. The system is super OP but somehow gets totally nerfed throughout the novel. He gets 100x of super rare items every day, but MC progresses at an unbelievably slow pace. He is also super 1 dimensional and makes dumb decisions/ is weak minded and boring. in 10 years he is only a little bit stronger than the commoners even though he is completely undisturbed. thats 365,000 treasures/pills and the dude is mediocre as hell. Either give him a less OP cheat or don't nerf the fuck out of him.
