Yes I also feel it's dragging a lot but I don't want to remove any content and rush the chapters , what I am currently planning to do is increase the chapter speed so it will not feel slow.

Are you planning to make changes to previous story if yes follow my previous suggestion to not use rare pokemons lightly or it will just make your story short and will be hard to find the future ideas Also try to add discussion with pokemon as shown in pokemon animes it will show your pokemon personalities you can also add small funny seens using this .

In my opinion you are very distracted from your story , people didn't even glance at the Shiny Metagross which can be said to one of the most unique pokemons and also you have shown rarity of pokemons, like psuedo legendaries are very common here , Story has improved a lot from the start but you should also respect the rarity.
