Yes, she was comically crass, rude, and foul mouthed, David Cameron isn't the wordsmith his box office revenue makes him out to be . But the character shown in this fic is less articulate than a 13 year old boy who thinks cursing makes him "cool" and "real", all characters in this fic aren't articulate and use profanity in a weird, unnecessary way, i think it's to some extent due to english being the author's second language, but it can be easily fixed so i pointed it out, if he sees any value in my criticism then great, if not then he can ignore it (his loss😏).
