Interesting fanfic, I like it a lot so far. I would like for the MC to remain as the hybrid.

I feel like the MC was just fine with the original abilities like better sword talent, stronger body and the other ones are just bit too much for my liking. I know that it is fanfic but it would much better fit. At least that is what I am thinking. Otherwise it is going pretty well. For the third ability he should have just recieved one of the special eyes.

I really wanted to read a story about the MC using a sword in this universe.

Does the MC get affinity only when he kills the beast himself? Because later on when he kills the beasts it does not show. The same as when other people kill the beasts in his party.

Why is he not extracting their memories?

He can just cosume their minds and then replant them and their skills into any creature infinite amount of times right? But the overload of 1600+ years of information must be high. He can just buy a skill.
