"Fifty casualties, Madam, all ours." Nigel kept his eyes downcast, his tone still the same. "Our forces were wiped out, Madam. Or so, according to the lack of reports. We never heard from them since they stepped into the Reaper's territory."
"What, what? Are we in trouble?" Primo panicked, finally seeing some remnants of the Hera he knew than the troll he had been with since the beginning of the mission. "Are we going to die? How long do we have?"
"Well, at this point, I'll probably bend over for you." Primo's answer earned not just Moose's dismay, but Hera's intrigue. "What? I'm broke. I might as well dance in a gay bar."
Confused, everyone still listened to their boss. They took out their wallets and took out the little cash they had. The assistant efficiently collected everyone's money, overly confused about the situation. It felt like giving their lunch money to a bully.
