It was just one weekend, but it felt longer than it should, especially for Heaven. Although she went home that day from the hospital, the thought of Leo didn't leave her mind. Dominic was also busy as he was helping with the investigation. Even so, Heaven didn't do anything to help or meddle with this problem.

"Are you sure you are okay?" Dominic glanced at his wife as they prepared the table for breakfast. It was rare for them to set the table since maids were in the mansion. However, his wife got up early to make breakfast, and since Dominic came home late last night, he wanted to help her with it.

Heaven stopped placing the trays on the table as she looked at him. "Why wouldn't I?"

"Because you've been thinking about what happened," he said as he resumed placing the cutlery on the table. "And I'm sure it bothers you."
