I have to say that I still don’t get the polarization between harem and no-harem. I’m personally like harem more but does it really matter how many girls the MC is with???

Overall this is a good book with the exception of the writing style seeming a bit… peculiar. Also don’t be fooled by the villain tag, the protagonist is far more of an anti-hero than a villain

Most of the vine demon’s abilities are useless by themselves. His hunter puppet can only get one so wouldn’t the Minotaur whose abilities can be useful individually be better? Especially the Totem of Rage which can elevate strength by a whole magnitude, potentially even letting him kill those of a higher tier

He needs to plan this all through before he does it next time 🤔

While this book does have a few problems like super slow cultivation progression this is overall an absolutely fantastic novel. It has ever improving world building and an exceedingly unique setting as far as cultivation on top of a cunning MC and it’s mostly free from the plague that is high levels of plot armor. I would suggest reading the translation on scribble hub which while slower is of way higher quality and still has daily updates.

Except most cultivation novels have crappy world building and are highly dependent on plot armor, this one has neither of those problems and is actually rather original and unique.

Overall this is a good novel with a truly OP mc and a rather cool system. As far as world traveling systems this is also one of the few that aren’t truly fanfics. Overall this is a well written book with my one rather large complaint being the MCs personality. The mc had a cautious and ruthless personality at the beginning but without any true circumstances for character development he started gaining morals that severely opposed his personality. He also started making risky actions and interfering unnecessarily where it COULD cause him trouble and getting emotionally attached way to easy. Outside of that though this is a rather good book.

I had some hopes for this book originally but sadly quickly realized that this is one of the main stereotypical plots that you see get destroyed in almost every villain novel and has a rather brain dead protagonist.

Great book, at this point I'm a bit over 200 chapters in and can say with confidence that this is a well written story with a stable plot and good character development. The mc is one of the few actual antihero protagonists on Web Novel though sadly he seems to slowly becoming a better person which I must admit is extremely disappointing.

I honestly just appreciate that there was logic about him showing part of his strength instead of just stupidly showing it all cause he could like some mc’s.

Unlike some idiots that complain about the FIRST chapter I only think that it a rather interesting beginning compared to many similar books.

Really don’t like him being thankful to the person putting through the torture. I would probably be thinking of ways to kill her if I was him

Pop up’s are easier to read but honestly I think the inner voice is rather interesting.
