And just now, I actually checked Usain Bolt's running speed, and his record speed was 10.44 m/s... While his speed was near to that level after activating his <Quick Movement> Skill which increased his <Agility> up to 40, that too while engaging in a battle and avoiding attacks. That is though. But I think you don't see someone running at that speed around you everytime, and that too in the midst of a battle or chase. The MC has still many limits on him, mana strain and other restrictions. Just because he came back from the past, doesn't mean he became a Flash or Superman after coming back. He came to the position where he has to develop everything from the scratch. My story's MC isn't highly overpowered from the beginning, that's why even after creating an epic rank skill, he wasn't able to properly use it because lack of mana, stamina and Element. moreover, you're still at the beginning 30 minutes of the story, do you even realise that Sir? The tutorial hasn't even started in their region, while it started in others. If you expect the MC to become a Tyrannosaurus Rex within the 30 minutes of story progression, then I don't think this story will suit for you. Nehar will reach near to level 100 by the end of the long 6-7 month tutorial...my story's Tutorial and tower climbing will be different. So, please think if you can continue to read for that long...but if you can I think you will not be disappointed.

Nehar was the one who had experienced Skill systems and how to use the to their maximum potential, and those people who were using hot weapons till some time ago or someone who was just a normal bully or thug, suddenly gets a sword or dagger and some skills, many of them didn't even chose any Class as they had no general idea what it does actually. And then they see 5 people got killed within minutes by one single person, by the ways they had never seen before. They saw him avoiding their magical attacks , arrows and kill their comrades. Do you think normal thugs would have the guts to jump into the fray versus a warrior who had gone through thousands of fights like this? Think about a trained commando and four to five simple thugs and their backers. The commando will wipe the floor with them. And more explanations are given in the later chapters. they're afraid, they saw An administrator coming and waited and they saw him leveling up too, many had the idea to run away.
