You do you, it’s your story. Other people will still read it. There’s no way that’s what you were thinking when you wrote that chapter, and it’s the conclusion you came to for the reason you’ll give others when they ask. We read not for something realistic, but for interesting stories that have story lines that can’t really happen in real life. That sort of relationship is disgusting in real life, but you’ve said it again and again that one must separate fiction from real life. A dude who reincarnated and now has a woman who he came to care for dearly had pretty much invited him to start something with her, yet you had him refuse because the label of “mom” has been put on her and you simply don’t want to go there? So instead she’s pawned off to All Might? If it was any other character, I and other readers would not care, but Inko is the closest a character can get to the MC’s inner circle and was written as willing to start something with him while the MC doesn’t mid checking her out. Last I checked normal people don’t check out people they would consider family. It isn’t happening because you don’t want it to happen, Inko was willing, Izuku just needed a final small push, but nope, that just can’t happen for some reason.

You haven’t even tried to reason. You pulled this stuff in Mushoku Impact as well. There it made sense to not follow through as the mom was happily married. Here though, it’s just you not willing to do so for some reason.

No? We had that earlier chapter. Not following through despite that chapter existing is unsatisfying. We literally had Izuku checking out her butt like 2 chapters earlier. Inko initiated the earlier encounter. She’s willing, but the MC despite liking the older women of MHA, despite seeing Inko as a woman, despite being a pervert with a harem; somehow can’t get past that last hurdle with Inko? It makes no sense and just feels forced in order to go through with Inko x All might. He wants her to be happy, he knows she’d be down, yet it just feels forced that for no reason other than it will apparently “complicate” the story he can’t start something with her. It’s the author’s intervention that is preventing Inko x Izuku from happening rather than reasons that make sense character wise.

Went to check on the comment I left in the last chapter and it’s not there. Pretty sure it got posted and didn’t have any words that shadow ban your comment usually, so was it deleted? Either way the tldr was it’s now Inko x All might, story now bad, I be gone.

Inko was paired with All Might. It’s a sad day boys and girls.

Well, this is the end of the line for me folks. I held onto that tiny bit of hope in Inko x Izuku for so long, but it’s set in stone to not happen now. I tried, I really did try to change Einlions mind with every other chapter or so asking for Inko, but it was all for naught in the end. All I wanted was to have the character we were first shown to have a potential relationship with Izuku in the future to actually come to fruition, but alas. We were never shown a relationship between a mother and son, even up to last chapter we see the MC checking Inko out, that “abnormality” that would come with such a potential relationship was never in the equation. At this point Einlion is just teasing on purpose now before pulling the trigger on Inko x All might. I’ve kept up with the discord to see if I could find out when to drop this, and so I now know Einlion won’t change their mind about Inko x All Might. I’m curious, but I’m pretty sure most readers would say they’re fine with either Inko x Izuku or Inko x All might; but I would say the Inko x Izuku crowd probably beats out the readers who want the latter. If Inko was thrown to the sidelines, who knows what will happen to the current or potential new love interests in the future. It’s been a frustrating ride, and once again another Einlion story ends in disappointment for me, good luck with your story, but personally I sadly have to drop this. Ps: I still can’t comprehend why Einlion wrote such a chapter in the beginning and decided to not follow through. All we’ve gotten is short unsatisfying answers like “It’s normal for Izuku to not want to bang his mom” despite him seeing her as a woman.
