This is why ranking member whateverhisnameis wants a law review.

In cooking, a Matignon is a mirepoix in which the ingredients are minced rather than diced. The combination is usually minced onions (and/or leek), celery, and carrot, with thyme and bay leaf, sautéed in butter over a low flame until softened and translucent (melted but not browned), seasoned to taste with a pinch of salt (and a pinch of sugar, if needed), and finished with a dash of white wine or Madeira. Frequently, the vegetables serve as a bed on which to cook meat, poultry, and fish dishes, or as stuffing, but sometimes the Matignon is served as a separate dish in its own right.

Some Tuna fish are actually expensive which baffles this writer as they have high mercury levels. Overconsumption of mercury-high seafood can lead to problems with your heart, cognitive functions, and mental health. If you're going to buy tuna, try and limit your consumption of it. Stay Healthy.

Depending on were you count from, Ushant to Scilly is more accurately 34 nautical leagues but I went with 35 because it's the first version of the song I heard. There are some versions that says 45 leagues and that is just WAY OFF.
