I didn't like this chapter at all.. Maxi could've just attended the ball alone or Uley... The fact that she's a married women attending the banquet with another man(seju) while her husband or the people of her own is there for her... I am not sure how this foolish act by the suggestion of her unmarried young mage friends is going to give her a good result... Just her being beautifully dressed up would have made riffi go crazy anyway... foolish move maxi..foolish move..not reputable at all

The amount of dialogues Riftan had in this chapter is equivalent to this whole book by far
