I think in the unreleased sequel of chronicle the thing that gives the poder was supossed to be something evil and malicious to those who used it.

More like controlled, after all we can see a lot of AI in cyberpunk 2077 and edgerunners, they are probably only used by corporations and goverment.
Work on the armor progresses daily, and so far, I've tested about seventy simulations, five of which have been successful and feasible. I also need to create something like a VI (Virtual Intelligence), not quite an AI, but with a vast array of commands, it can react quickly in real time. People forget that in the end, no matter what, white beard is a pirate and not the "kind" one like luffy, he has slain innocent people, stealed, he was part of the rocks pirates, he is famos (or infamous) not only for his strenght and family bonding he is also one of the violent pirates in that era. The halo effect made people forget that in the end, whitebeard is a pirate and of the worse if it wasn't for his family crew (which because of preferences with ace killed a lot of it)

did sasuke just decide to not train or something? like, he got 2 to 3 times stronger in the anime and manga because of copying lee movements and getting fisical stronger, he should have speed blitzed this fight.

Even with everything that had happened it wasn't as if there weren't a few consequences. One of these being that I was now tied to this universe in more ways than one. Man you had read so much chinese fan fic that you actually start to think like them, thats not what happened, is head canon because chinese make sarutobi equal to satan in evil. Sarutobi is bad but he is not that bad, he is just a useless hokage.

Yeah, but even then ir doesn't change anything, he is just op to the point balance should have been broken by him and not gojo.
But he doubted the latter was true. The power system of the world itself would not allow that. Being able to infinitely increase your combat abilities to the point that you could defeat even the toughest opponents hardly seemed to be something the world would allow. - PinGoth3mthCommented
