this book is the best by far, even topping shadow slave imo. love it

overall a good read, and the comedy is quite entertaining. what i just cannot seem to grasp is wtf happened with the diamond boxes and the end of chap 159? where does ot say what they got?

This book does not get the credit it deserves. The writer is very consistent, does a lot of research and brings several characters to life in a sensible and believable way. I would recommend this book to anyone, especially rpg players. The world building is excellent and the mc is truly human, i.e. he makes mistakes and is not omniscient or unbeatable.

at first it started very promising, but very soon the writer learned the not so subtle art of repeating everything 3 times in 2 paragraphs. do not waste your time on this one. rather read something like Second World.

I simply love everything about this book! Many characters to keep you entertained, well thought out leveling system, great story with logical development, mc is relatable and certainly not omnipotent and last but not least, this book is NOT repetative or filled with useless blabbering just to meet a certain word count.
