i love the gray and more human characters, the ones where you can see and, to an extent, relate. I hope Lily doesn't turn out to be purely(comically) evil. even if she somehow(from Harry's pov) becomes an "antagonist/big bad guy," hopefully we get to see who she actually is in this story because the build-up up to this point was great. if that made sense, idk.
