Oliver is just more knowledgable, due to him fighting actual trained killers. Deathstroke, Merlyn, The League of Assassin's and including all the other superpowered people. He’s a master at boxing but only expert with mostly everything else. He also just doesn’t have a lot of experience fighting people of Oliver’s or Dinah’s level
