The “utter nonsense” is the words you are using. Just because you use big fancy words doesn’t mean your story is any good, and it’s just annoying having to use context clues to understand what you’re saying. Sorry but I can’t stand it when fics are written like this unless it fits the story.
New information without any introductory data or explanations about what, how, and why was happening. In short, utter nonsense. According to soul theory, it was impossible to prove their primacy relative to the body, but it was reliably known that soul and body were deeply interconnected. Thus, possessing the appropriate technique or a cursed tool with the necessary properties, one could reach the soul directly through the body. Did the soul form after the embryo emerged? Or did the embryo form based on the soul? I’m fine if the mc was somehow involved in the changes but to just randomly decide Sasuke isn’t the only survivor changes the story immensely and wasn’t caused by the mc just randomly decided by the author.
The only complication that could arise is if the sense of responsibility somehow changes him. Though that might not be a bad change. After all, Shippuden Sasuke was an asshole. Even assuming that he doesn't accept Orochimaru's offer and doesn't get strong enough, Itachi will still die at his hands. And if he does go to Orochimaru, then he can't possibly get worse as compared to what I remember. - Propht17dCommented

In no specific order 1. I think there is plenty of more important things to think about right now than things you clearly have no control over and change nothing. 2. Where do people get this idea that dreams or books are somehow connected to another reality? 3. Even if that’s the case where does it begin and end because if media of these alternate realities are included then its limitless and if every possibility is an alternate reality then every reality already existed and will exist before and after our own, so even if authors created these worlds it’s ultimately pointless, but if you’re looking for someone to blame then just blame your author. 4. Unless you literally just want to waste time or you’re high and want something to trip over then having what I think counts as an existential crisis over the media you make having any influence on another reality is ultimately meaningless except for feeding what I can only assume is your anxiety. Theres probably more or not, I really stopped caring about half way through writing this.

But what about when he’s in a tight spot? Does he just have to deal with it? And hopefully last question does the weight actually affect him like is it good for training, do his punches carry the weight, and if he got on a weight scale would it show up?

I meant more like does it weigh all across his body, is it just his feet, is it like he’s wearing a backpack, but what’s he gonna do if he is in a difficult fight and has a lot of stuff? Just dump it too the side? Can he just shoot it out or is it something he has to focus on? Ps sorry about all the questions

Well it could be really difficult like having to do something for each individual arrow

Tho I do agree age and training limits him but he’s not stuck in what he can do he just hasn’t realized it or isn’t skilled enough yet but you make it sound like the mc is stuck and can’t do anything besides this one specific thing.

Yeah but that was mainly plot I mean there’s a lot of stories where people had powers their whole lives but never realized till the story started.
