Eww. French.
I genuinely think this ‘novel’ is an insult to the entirety of the Lord of the Rings, it’s well developed lore, and it’s fandom base. It is terribly written, with practically no expansion on any of the characters, the grammar is questionable, and the repeated use of ‘Witch-King of Angmar’ was incredibly annoying. While I don’t mind the idea of a pairing of Arwen and the MC, their romance is so awfully displayed that their ‘love’ just sprouts from nowhere. Aragorn being completely irrelevant in this relationship is also as confusing as it is ridiculous. Additionally, the fact that the MC is called Travis is laughable, as in I literally laughed out loud when Sauron referred to him as such. There are so many other terrible things about this ‘novel’ that I can’t even be bothered to write them all. In conclusion, DO NOT READ.
