for improved base intelligence maybe something like Nikola Tesla's (RoR) template even tho you already gave the mc a template from that world any geniuses character template can work same for a combat genius/prodigy and that's the base talent side taken care of. as for powers and hax abilities something like six eyes (if you want to add more eye powers) could work with it perfecting the MC's energy control or something like black heart from solo leveling to increase the MC's energy capacity as for hax abilities something like gojo's infinity , Merlin (seven deadly sins) infinite , or even something like a stand from jojo, these are all things that while powerful (they are a hax ability after all) are not to op for the current mc . and finally for racial change a interesting way to go with it would be to give a more good oriented race to counteract his multiple darker/sinful races like the goddess clan from seven deadly sins or a more generic version of the angel race(or any good oriented race) , if you want something more powerful there is the ultimate life form from jojo. this is all I can think of without being to powerful for the mc currently yet have the potential to remain useful even when he becomes stronger.
