Victini was set to attempt to learn Bolt strike and fusion bolt. Meanwhile Riolu and me were training in martial arts. I have somewhat of a short attention span when writing. That along with My bad memory makes it so that I need excessive amounts of time to research and implement it into a story. The plan is to keep it as a part of the north. This is mostly just because he grew up a Stark. However, he will have more freedom than the other lords. But you will see in later chapters

Lucario's ears and muzzle are longer in comparison to Riolu but it retains the black "mask" and red eyes. The "mask" also has an added upper stripe. It also has four black sensory bundles on the back of its head opposed to Riolu, who only had two and were previously located on the side of its head. Additionally, Lucario's torso is covered in yellow fur with thicker patches on the collar. 1. Dratini is overused in my opinion. 2. This is one of my favourite pokemon, so to me its 10x better. Not to look down on others opinion, its just mine

Hey, fair point. The reason I did that was to symbolize that his old life was over and a New one had started. I get that some people dont like that, and thats fair, but for me it is more symbolic than just him using his old name or find another one. But each to themselves right?
