Menadion's tower was designed to aid herself, a master forgemaster. And it does that to a great extent. Unlikely it has an entire floor dedicated to healing. This is what makes BY's tower inferior - it's not specialised enough and is suited to mainly aiding her children but not herself.

Hes'susing that Leegaain's Eyes Soul Vision combo again.
The Eternal Fortress had almost finished rebuilding himself so Leegaain couldn't afford the time to explain things with a mind link.
