yes in show he was born 2 years after roger execution and 3 years after roger became pirate king

i don't think timing is off since ace was born 3 years after roger became pirate king, so mc being 4 years older means roger will go to laugh tale in this 1 year. Also i have changed certain things in the next chapter, so it won't matter much.

I haven't read that many one piece fanfics, so I have no idea which story you are talking about. As for the name Jack I believe it's a really common name, for me, I just thought of Captian Jack Sparrow while writing MC's name. I now a really lazy way to choose Mc name 😂😂😂

I never at any point in my story said all heroes are bad or even every villain is good. Also, hero organization is certainly not all good just look at hawks and some other heroes think about that weren't shown in the story. I certainly don't think world of BNHA is that advanced from us, as the author never confirmed it. It just seems a little advanced due to their being quirks For your other question, if a certain powerful quirk did appear in the world don't you think the government would want to research it to make it more powerful also in my story a country's maximum firepower capability is determined by no of powerful heroes it has so it has a high plausibility. The use of nukes itself is not much explained in the main story so I just made up something to explain why nukes won't be used in BNHA. and no the concept I used isn't certainly new, I just created this fic on a whim after watching many shows on the same concept.
